Where do you work?

I work full-time with BAE Systems - Engineering department manager

Describe what you do.

Why did you choose your ministry? What led you to that ministry?

I was a student in the first Perspectives class held at Hawthorne Gospel Church. At one of the weekly classes the local director made a presentation about International Students, Inc. (ISI). A fellow member of our church took the lead to organize a group of us to get involved with ISI's ministry, and I have been involved ever since.

When did you make the decision to serve in missions - how old were you?

I made the decision when I was 50 years old - when my wife and I became volunteers with ISI.

Why did you decide on serving in this way? Why missions?

Perspectives convicted me of the desire of God's heart that the glory of His name be spread to all peoples of the earth, and I became convicted to get threaded into that. I found that serving in ISI was a tangible way to reach young people from around the world with the good news of the gospel.

Have you had other occupations?

No; I have been an engineer since graduating from Stevens Institute of Technology.

Hobbies or other interests?

I enjoy reading and studying apologetics and science (rationale for the existence of an intelligent designer).

Your favorite sport? Favorite team?

I always enjoyed multiple sports
